Read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security, and Privacy Policy. They explain how purchases, fulfillment, customer service and website activity are managed.

Store Operator & Acceptance
Guangzhou Yingxi Cosmetics Co., Ltd., doing business as Doviquk™, operates doviquk.com. References to “we” and “our” refer to that company. These Terms and Conditions govern purchase transactions, together with the policies linked here. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable purchase terms and the policies that apply to your transaction.
Eligibility
To purchase independently, you must be at least 18 or the age of legal contractual capacity in your jurisdiction. Minors may shop only with a parent or legal guardian where law permits.
Our Products
We offer hanging decorations and decorative hanging accents. Product sizes, weights, finishes, hanging components, and intended placement vary by item. Review the individual listing before checkout and use the product only as described.
Descriptions, Images & Variations
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate photographs, dimensions, materials, colors and specifications. Lighting, screen settings, and ordinary manufacturing tolerances may cause minor variation. Material differences and defects are addressed under our returns policy and applicable consumer rights.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic confirmation means it was received, not that fulfillment has been completed. Orders may be reviewed for payment, fraud, inventory, shipping eligibility or material listing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount collected for the canceled portion.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless a different currency is clearly shown. At checkout, customers can review prices, applicable discounts, shipping fees, taxes where charged, and the final total. Payments are processed using available checkout providers. Do not transmit full payment card details via email.
Processing & Delivery
After payment confirmation, ordinary order processing takes 2–4 business days and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated U.S. standard shipping is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. See Shipping Policy.
Shipment Risks & Delivery Problems
If tracking is stalled, an order appears lost, or the carrier marks it delivered without receipt, contact customer support. We review reported issues and arrange the appropriate remedy where warranted; we do not automatically deny a claim solely because the carrier recorded delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. The customer generally pays for preference-based return shipping, while confirmed errors attributable to us are resolved without additional error-related costs. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Eligible refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after an approved return is received, inspected and approved. See Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please report damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items within 7 calendar days of delivery with order details and relevant photographs. The reporting request does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact customer support promptly with any changes or cancellation request. We try to assist before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins. No cancellation fee applies when a purchase is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Hanging, Installation & Care
Customers should check the product listing, hanging requirements, dimensions, and any included installation instructions. Use mounts or supports appropriate to the item’s weight and the surface. Keep decorative items away from flames, hazardous heat, and situations in which they could fall or create entanglement risks. Products should not be assumed to be weatherproof or suitable for outdoor exposure without an express statement on the product page.
Bulk Orders & Resale
For unusual quantities, wholesale inquiries or commercial resale, contact us before ordering. Purchasing products does not confer the right to represent yourself as an authorized Doviquk™ distributor or business partner.
Intellectual Property
Branding, original product photography, website graphics, written content and other owned or licensed materials are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may not commercially reproduce, distribute or exploit protected materials without permission.
Customer Content & Reviews
If you post or submit reviews, photos or other content, you must have the right to share it and must not provide unlawful, defamatory or infringing material. Where you grant us permission to display your content, we may use it for store operations consistent with applicable law and the scope of that permission.
Third-Party Providers
We rely on Shopify and may rely on independent payment, fulfillment, shipping, customer-service, security, analytics and advertising providers. Those providers may also have their own contractual terms and privacy notices.
Website Use & Privacy
Use of our website is additionally governed by Terms of Use. Processing of personal data is described in Privacy Policy.
Errors & Service Changes
We may correct obvious listing errors and make reasonable updates to offerings or website features. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled due to an error or unavailable inventory, we will inform the customer and provide the applicable refund or remedy.
Liability & Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including remedies for defective or misdescribed goods. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable Law & Disputes
Disputes should first be raised with our customer service team so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve them. These purchase terms are interpreted under applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
Changes & Contact
